Proyecto Florecer works with local and international companies’ social responsibility programs to offer an enriching volunteering and team-building experience. We welcome one-time volunteers for special events and to work in our community kitchen. We also curate personalized experiences for our corporate partners to foster work-life balance and augment employee retention programs.

Our corporate partners also have the opportunity to build their workforce of the future by volunteering to teach our STEMprendimiento and vocational education classes. Our STEM program covers everything from corporate accounting to programming, SEO management, drone technology, and more. Our vocational programs include cooking, carpentry, electric, plumbing and sewing.

Proyecto Florecer is registered as a corporación sin ánimo de lucro with a regimen tributario especial in Colombia. We are registered with Benevity Causes and welcome corporate donation matching programs as well as in-kind donations of food, technology and office supplies.
